- Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day

TRACKING 

- Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped 

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY 

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. BG Distribution is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Weather conditions 

- Holidays or peak seasons 

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

Once a package is marked as delivered, BG Distribution is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should contact the carrier directly.
