Refund policy

At BG Distribution, we are committed to delivering premium fragrance products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY 

To be eligible for a replacement or refund: 

- Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging 

- Request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery 

- Valid proof of purchase is required 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

- Opened or used fragrances 

- Products with broken seals 

- Clearance or promotional items 

- Items marked “Final Sale” 

 

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ORDERS 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email us within 48 hours at:

Include: 

- Order number 

- Clear photos of packaging and product 

 

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of claim. 

 

APPROVED CLAIMS 

- Replacement will be prioritized when available 

- Refunds (if issued) will be processed to original payment method 

- Processing time: 5–10 business days 

 

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION 

By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may be considered fraudulent activity.
